Who is Jacksboro Services?
Jacksboro Services is a woman-owned land clearing and dirt work contractor based in Jacksboro, Texas, founded in 2025 by Becky DuBois and operating as TBDuB Enterprise, LLC. It runs its own excavator, dozer, tractor and two Takeuchi compact track loaders, and serves Jack, Palo Pinto, Young and Wise counties. It is a service-area business — we travel to the customer and do not operate a location open to the public.
Why this business exists
Rural property has a particular problem: the work you need is real work — heavy, expensive, hard to undo if it is done wrong — and the people who do it well are often an hour and a half away and booked out. So you either wait, or you take whoever answers the phone, or you try to do it yourself with a rented machine and a weekend.
We started this to be the third option. Local, so you can find us. Owner-operated, so the person who quoted your job is the person running the machine on it. And direct enough to tell you when the thing you asked for is not the thing you actually need.
What you can expect

We quote from walking the ground, not from a phone description. If something genuinely changes once we open it up, you hear about it before we spend your money, not after.
We tell you when it is not us
We do not own a forestry mulcher. We are not electricians, plumbers or septic installers. When your job needs one of those, we say so and point you to somebody who does it right.
We work our own equipment
Excavator, dozer, tractor and two Takeuchi track loaders — owned and maintained by us. Nothing gets handed off to whoever is available that week.
